**Due to the nature of customized items and transfers, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges.**
If there is an issue with your order please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. It is your responsibility to look over prints before pressing.
Most shipping takes between 3 – 5 business days and we have no control over shipping delays. Tracking info will be shared to the email on the order. Kindly reach out with any questions or concerns regarding your order.

DUE TO VERY HIGH DEMAND ORDERS CONTAINING SUBLIMATION SHIP WITHIN 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS
Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible! All orders ship within 3-7 business days from receipt of your order.
Please remember that when you select Priority shipping, that doesn’t mean your order will be processed sooner. That means when we select your shipment method, your order will be delivered sooner than an order shipping with the standard shipping method selected
Priority shipping delivery is usually 2-3 days
Standard shipping delivery is usually 3-4 days
